RMA Requests

 

IDOCABLES is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high quality products. We want our customers 100% satisfied with the product that they purchase from our store. Our exchange policy is simple and easy to follow:

  • Each buyer has 7 days to make a RMA Request if they receive a defective part. Simply fill out the information below and we will send you an RMA Number in your eBay electronic email. Please  print out and send with your item to The Web Zone, 1357 River Road, Eugene OR 97404.

  • If the part is defective, IDOCABLES will immediately send out a duplicate item to the buyer once we receive the defective item.

  • If the part arrives damaged or dismantled, buyer will send for item so IDOCABLES does not incur any unnecessary shipping charges.

  • If the item arrives not defective, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
